No matter how hard we deny it, Indo malay singapore have the same root. We have the same people. We speak almost the same language. Everybody's stealing each other culture because they're very similar.. i mean break a leggg. Look at the history and we all will understand why.
This year we indonesians have quite a large group in HIM = 8 . :D such a big improvement from last year.
Malaysia is even bigger, about 20 or so.
Singapore........ Well........... i always think that singapore is not deserved to be called a country because the size is not even bigger than other south east asian capitals and because of this amazingly large size they are one of the richest in Asia.
Second, looking at the name which suppose to be SINGAPURA which totally taken from bahasa indonesia Singa (lion) and Pura (kingdom), and they speak their beautiful singlish out ther. Well. You guys are messed up.
Third one, with the majority of people are being chinese - singaporean and so proud of it, i would suggest that you guys come back to china and lets see if they welcome you well.
My bet would be not really.
Fourth, whats their culture really? Cos this is supposed to be a culture night.
It is no suprise singaporean is being the minority so considering the points i mentioned above, you can join us or.. good luck with your preparation.
But decisions have been made. We 3 are together this year - which make 30 people united wanting to call ourselves South East Asian team. But thank God someone has a brain to think that there are 10 other south east asian countries like thailand or vietnam or phillipines that are completely different than us. And their size can be twice bigger than we 3 combine together already.
Facebook pages has been made. I get notification every single minutes. Indo - malaysia dont get along well, this is our faith to hate each other since 1945. I'm sure this group will create problem one day for real.. looking at what was written there.
